Pool Vehicle Check-Out
1. Head over to https://www.fleet.permianres.com/ to make your reservation.
2. Screenshot your confirmation (sometimes the emails don’t send). Questions? Reach out to Austyn Haynie.
3. Pick up your keys from the master key box on the 10th-floor credenza near the cubes.
4. Vehicles are parked in the covered spots at the Subsurface Library lot (600 W Ohio Ave).
5. When you’re done, return the vehicle and keys promptly so they’re ready for the next person.
Pool Vehicle Policies & Etiquette
• The vehicles are intended for work-related use only.
For anything outside of this scope or when transporting non-PR employees, get approval from your manager.
• Keys
Please grab them only when you’re ready and return them right after use. Need to adjust your reservation? Reach out to Lauren Neinast.
• Fuel
Always return with a full tank.
o WEX fuel cards are in the sunglass holder. Please leave the card there when you’re done.
o The Driver ID PIN is on the white label. Enter the PIN and mileage at the pump to help us track maintenance.
o Trouble at the pump? Call (888) 774-4939.
• Keep it clean.
Vehicles are thoroughly detailed during services, but in between, give them a little TLC as needed. If there’s heavy dirt or caliche, grab a wash and expense it.
o Remember to remove all trash and personal items (clothes, boots, etc.) before returning.
• Damage
Big or small (even a windshield chip), Lauren Neinast so it can be fixed quickly.
• Safety first!
If you’re tired, the weather’s rough, or conditions don’t feel right, hold off on driving.
• Think like an owner.
